Christie schedules author visits on weekends and throughout the summer months. As an educator, she recognizes the importance of customizing experiences to fit different needs. When you are ready to book a visit, we will work with you to come up with a customized schedule.

You will be able to choose from the following options:

• Group read aloud (including question and answer time)

• What's Your Story? (writer's workshop, best for smaller groups in grades 3 and above)

• How are Books Made? (a look at the process of creating a book from idea to publication)

• What are Ripples? (hands-on science mini-lesson)

• STEM activities that focus on kindness (best for small groups in grades 2 and above)

• Ripples of Kindness (large and small group activities that focus on kindness to one's community, family, and self - appropriate for all ages)
